Analysing business activities and customer relationship management have been my priorities throughout my whole career. After more than 25 years of my career, there are still things to learn. I sell and carry out analysis projects for my customers at Onway as well as build new customer relationships. Earlier I worked a long time as a project and sales manager and managing director for an international company.
I have nearly twenty years of expertise in developing our customers’ business activities, customer relationships and management and leadership and how to succeed in those areas. I am responsible for customer projects and development and productization of our analysis services at Onway. I strive to find a solution for our customers’ needs for analysis. I think it is especially important how we inform the various interest groups of the company of the analysis results.
”You can’t achieve anything new, if you can’t tolerate the pain of letting go of the past,” has been my motto during my long and versatile career. At Onway I can participate in many kinds of projects and utilize all that I have learnt so far: my vast experience in different fields, my open-minded attitude and my strong technical competence. I learn something new every day and love my job!
I am the founder of Onway. I have more than thirty years of experience in transport, logistics and networking companies. During my career I have been in charge of altogether 800 different research and consultation projects. In these projects we have analysed both the business activities of a single company as well as the competitiveness of the whole field.
I have over 25 years of experience in successful managing of sales and personnel, mostly in software industry. My current customers represent machine shops industry, public administration and everything in between those. I work both with major listed companies as well as small startup companies. In my opinion managing people and sales doesn’t depend on the field. The same laws apply everywhere.
I am the Managing Director of Onway and responsible for business continuity and development. I sell, execute and develop analysis services for our new and existing customers. My experience in various sales and sales management positions has convinced me of the importance of understanding customer expectations, which is the core of the customer relationships and business operations improvement.
Onway makes sure that the whole process of the analysis is carried out successfully. It is important because my own customers keep me busy.
